Strange advice coming from a boat broker! But that is what Mike did after sizing up the project and the cost to build in a live-aboard interior. The first offer was $13,000 as is where is; the counter from the owner was $15,000 and he would get the engine running. So we accepted that counter pending the haul out and survey.
